Evil Fred (1) is part one of the official series premiere of Fred: The Show. It aired on Nickelodeon in the United States on February 20, 2012. In this episode, Fred is accused of petty crimes in the neighborhood that he didn't commit. He then sets out on finding out who framed him.

Plot Summary[]

Fred is first seen singing the hit Matthew and the Equations song Love Math because he's going to their concert that night. During his 15-minute song, he is interrupted by his mother yelling for him. He goes downstairs.

Downstairs, his mom and his neighbors are there waiting for him. When he asks what they're doing there, they all accuse him of crimes against them. He then says he didn't do it, but since no one believes him, he's grounded and his Matthew and the Equations tickets are taken away.

Since he was framed, he tries to set out on who really did those things. He then believes it's Evil Fred from an alternate universe (hence the title). A brief scene with Evil Fred taken place in Fred's mind ends the episode.
