Chatter is one of the main characters in Fred 3: Camp Fred. He is played by Matthew Scott Miller.
Description[]
Chatter's name is ironic, because he very rarely ever talks. Magoo and the gang thought he never spoke until Fred came to camp and got him to come out of his shell.
Despite being silent most of the time, Chatter is actually the jokester of Fred's cabin mates. He can burp and fart the alphabet, both of which his mother taught him (Fred correctly guesses that she must be very proud of her son).
Spoon and Chatter both have romantic feelings for each other, but because of Chatter's long-standing silence, neither of them knew their feelings were requited. After Chatter finally speaks, they kiss at the end of the movie and become a couple.

In most scenes, Chatter wears a black T-shirt and a pair of matching black headphones.
