Fred's Grandma is Fred’s grandmother and Hilda Figglehorn’s mother. She only appears in the episode A Visit from Grandma when she comes over to Fred’s house for her birthday. Hilda tells Fred to keep grandma busy while she set up her surprise birthday party. But she tells Fred that she’s on a new medication and it makes her very drowsy and she falls asleep while she’s on her motorized scooter. But Fred tries to find her and bring her back to the house before the party starts, but he has no luck. Fred then disguises himself as his grandmother to cover up the fact that she is missing. Hilda goes check on her since she’s in the bathroom but Fred goes in the bathroom and tells her that she’s fine and to enjoy the party. After that his grandma’s crush, Burt asks him where his grandma was and wanted to wish her a happy birthday, but Fred tells him that she’s upstairs laying down so he decided to go upstairs to make her feel better. Fred keeps the ruse going until Burt chases “grandma” around the kitchen. It isn’t long until the real grandma wakes up behind the wheel of her motorized scooter and runs into Fred. She goes inside and tells Fred that she hates surprise parties and tells Fred to cover for her while she and Burt left the party. Hilda tells grandma to come and eat her prune birthday cake and then Fred belches loudly and the episode ends.
